This batch of 3 parts include a pair of 2064 and one 2128.
The Lattice ISPLSI2064VE-135LT is a 3.3V, 100 MHz PLD with 64 macrocells & 2,000 gates. There is a datasheet over here (PDF), and it features:
- 2000 gates
- 64 registers
- 64 macrocells
- 64 I/O
- 4 input pins
- ISPJTAG
- 3.3V operation, interfaces with 5-volt logic
- 8 nanosecond prop delay
- 16 glb's w/18 inputs, 4 outputs ea
- typ 90mA supply current
This batch includes two of these, plus one of the
larger ispLSI 2128VE-180LT100. This has 6000 gates and 128 registers, and is the 180 MHz low-power version in 100-pin TQFP. These typically run $20-30 each in distribution. There is a datasheet

The three parts are new in an antistatic tray, which is about a 12-ounce package... it's the best way to keep the delicate pins safe.
