Batch of 12 IDT Chips

This is a random little mix of 6 different chips from Integrated Device Technology - all were engineering samples, and are packed in plastic boxes with antistatic foam. None have been used. The batch consists of:

• 1) 71B256-S12Y - 32K x 8 SRAM, 12ns SOJ
• 2) 7202-SA25J - no idea what it is (PLCC)
• 1) 74LVCH16646APF - 3.3V CMOS 16-BIT BUS xcvr
